Just wondering what sort of mix we have here of part time/full time webmasters....

If you're part time, what will it take in order for you to ditch the day job?

Or if you're full time - what was it that made you jump in and make this your living..?

Became fulltime 4 years ago today -partyon- when the amount I was earning from the net was double my salary as production manager at a printing firm. Was working 9 hours a day as a manager and up to 10 hours a day as webmaster so jacked the job to save my sanity.

Full time. money. I had a print and design company. But I really don't believe you can make such a big amount of money with such a small amount of stress as you can doing porn. I hated being involved in print. It was so stressfull and so competitive.

With porn just when you think you have earnt as much as you could never believe you could, the next month is even better. I would take something huge for me to go and get a real job again

Full time. Not having to leave the house apart from going to the pub, or having some cunt tell me what to do suits me down to the ground.

Which reminds me that I oughta do some banking today. And as we know it's traditional to spend the day in the pub after going to the bank. :crown:

Did you say banking or wanking? On pay day I tend to do both

Fulltime, Financial freedom and the ability to make truckloads more coin then any "low stress" offline job. Also the ability to retire early, I'm aiming at finishing up by 30.

Full time - But because I am a lazy bastard I pay little people to do jobs I don't like doing - That leaves me free to play golf or do sweet fuck all.

Yep for two reasons.

1. I like Aussies, would love to get more here, they have the same sense of humor

2. We need people to bash over the cricket :)

Part time...

Most of the time I just surf or play backgammon.. All I have to do these days is update the sites and make a few galleries and banners and that's not an all day job...

The most time consuming is rendering the vids and uploading them :(

Too frigging right, I seem to spend 90% of my life rendering sodding videos - which is why hubbie is currently purchasing me a faster hard drive and a shed load more RAM

Part time at the moment ..... had been running my wifes site from 1997 until she retired from the net in early 2002. Was fed up not being in the biz and last year started dabbling again and now have a paysite, a few free sites, fake tgp's etc.

Hoping to get early retirement from my full-time job next year and will hopefully go full time then :)
