I see every british site is charging in USD. I assume this is becuase it's just easyer with ccbill or other billing companies and also pulls in US surfers. I'm wondering if this ever puts off british surfers? I get the feeling alot of people are thinking "oh, it's dollars? will my card work? whats this about? [exit browser window]" .. you follow. Also, couldn't we charge more if we bill in sterling? e.g $29.99 or £29.99 ... i know which i would rather have hehe

right now i only promote US programs to US surfers... i would love to promote some british programs and earn £14.99 per sale over $14.99 per sale ;)

so what's the deal people...

I have about 1/2 UK traffic and members, I dont see any evidence that UK surfers dont like paying in US dollars. With programs Ive used who offer billing in various currency, I dont see any increase in sign ups

I'm a believer that presenting surfers with the price in their local currency would see an increase in conversions... if only marginal ... but worth doing.
Don't have to bill em in that currency, but geo targeting the join pages to show diff currencies is something that I'd like to do (if I could be bothered).

The habitual internet consumer will be well used to seeing prices in usd and know the score ... but plenty of surfers wont have a clue that £20 is more than $30 ;)

When I had nochex as a join option it was well used ... If you have 50% UK traffic, having a solution to accept uk debit cards is a must imo.

maybe just a simple "UK credit and debit cards are accepted" would help.
