In 3V TOS:

18. Returned or Exchanged Merchandise

Neither the Bank or Service Provider is liable for any damage or loss, direct or indirect arising from the use of the Service for the purchase of merchandise, goods or services. Exchange or return of merchandise purchased in whole or in part with the 3V Voucher will be governed by the procedures and policies of each Retailer and applicable law. If a 3V Prepaid Voucher Cardholder receives a credit from the Retailer, the credit may not be added to the 3V Voucher. Return and refund policies are dependent on the Retailer from whom the purchase was made.

Does this mean there can be no chargeback?

3V voucher properties
1. No Credit Checks, no application forms and no bank references needed.
2. No Stamp Duty or Interest Charges just a nominal €5 surcharge for every Voucher purchased.

#6 is als osaid about epassporte's virtual Visa, yet this isn't entirely true. i ran into at least 2 processors who don't accept them.

i fear (and hopefully i'm wrong) that 'high risk' biz like porn will be excluded from accepting these cards, especcailly since it appears underage folks can have them too.

This would be my guess too. Friends that use them all use them for kids school trips, cell phone bills, holidays and stuff like that.

But anyway, they have been on sale in the usa for a while, so if there was going to be a problem, then you would have heard somthing.

That said if I was 15, I would be using my dads credit card anyway, and i get there are tons on teens who use there parents cards for porn without them knowing.

basically every card asks for your address when you sign up for it, what's the problem there, in your opinion?
