Do you need traffic? If you are looking to expand and get some serious traffic flow and targeted traffic so you can acheive your goals and get some serious money then i can help.

I have two databases of re curring memeberships from 4 of the top adult affliate programs. They are legitmate and if marketed correctly can convert and be moved over to your own adult sites. These have full information with them such as ip , niche prefered contact details for home and other bits and pieces.

I also have some double optin lists and general internet domain email lists which would be good for people who do compliant mailing , i get daily amounts of optin lists. I also have alot of mailing tools such as send safe with legit licences which are for a long amount of time. I can put a package together for you so you can get into the mailing industry and start advertising your sites and raking in the income.

Contact me and i will provide references and referals.

with all those tools skills and resources at hand, i find it very thoughtful of you to mind others as well rather than just going ahead and making a fortune yourself.

respect.

Actually i do use them tools i do my own marketing also. But im more into the advertising job market , i advertise for sites and create software and put together packs for people who would like to advertise there sites. At the moment im about to open up my own sites and start my own type of advertising but at the moment this is what i do for a living. I sell advertising tools and code and help people get there sites more productive:)

Okay sounds interesting, but my first question would be do you have permission to sell these lists, were they acquired legally?

antisane

Well i acquired them legally , i purchased them of some of the people that work for the business. I do not know how they acquired them though. But it is legal because i purchased them. So i don't know if anything was goingon. But ive been dealing with data for a long time and have received lists of these guys a fair few times and have not ran into any problems yet.

apart from selling details of members violating most privacy policies (i'm actually tempted to have a look just to see who supposedly messes around like that) you didn't think much so far, did you?

how can you have a deal with 'some of the people that work for the business' rather than the actual owners or the respective management? are these people actually in the position to act on the companies' behalf? most likely not. as far as you are concerned, they could be the janitor who snatched a disk with info, couldn't they.

you selling on material that was sold to you by breaking rights and regulations doesn't free you from responsibility.

of course, if indeed you have official paperwork on this, you might as well tell us who those 4 of the top adult affliate programs are, could you not?

I am thinking that somone has simply sold youan email list.

Its probably not worth a great deal.

I get around 4000 spam emails a day from people who "bought the lists legally"

Why do you use the words "top adult affliate programs" ? Clearly they lack ethics for biz and are abusing customers to such an extent, many will be put off joining web sites again.

Sounds a bit like you bought them off a man down the pub …. can he get hold of any Armani jeans?

And I bet you a dollar to a doughnut it doesn't comply to the CAN-SPAM act.

But if you can offer PROOF of the double opt in (ie IP logs, and all the details) I am sure lots of people would be interested.

So do we ... Some stolen customer details

Lets be serious “4 of the top adult affiliate programs” would not be selling there customers details, it would make no financial sense

So what your saying is that this data would have to be 100% legit, double squeaky clean and above board for anyone here to buy and use it?

Am I missing something about the adult industry compared with other big business ???

I think it would be in the interest of any established adult online business to ensure this

After all you don’t want to start spamming adults (and even worse children) with pornography they don’t want from an email address associated with your business

the point was using stolen data and the morals of those who would use it to their advantage. what i didnt get, was everyone here seemed to be wearing halo's saying how bad it was, when there will be some on here would use it in a heartbeat.

just me banging on about hypocrisy again, dont worry

I understand what you are saying and it would not surprise me if “antisane” had been PM with some enquiries

But surely if he was smart he would approach people privately and not on a public forum (in his first post)

I think my point is that in the adult online industry some people boast openly and proudly of doing business by illegal means and that’s not good for the adult industries image

Yea it goes on in other sectors of industry, but they don’t go blabbing about it … and like everybody here did they would not condone it publicly

But it is legal because i purchased them. HAHAHAHA. No, if the list is stolen, it doesn't matter how many times its bought or sold - it still belongs to the original owner and NONE of the people it was subsequently sold to.

Ohhh I get it now. I might get someone to nick a Ferrari for me then buy it off them for a few grand. Well it would be legal cos I purchased it yes?

not really no. If you got them to nick it then yes, your as guilty of theft as the thief. but if you genuinely did not know it was stolen then its called buying in good faith and occasionally you can use that as a defence..

if you only paid a few grand for a £100,000 car then you have no defence

but if you buy a £20,000 car for £12,000 and a few months later have to call the police when it gets broken into and they fail to find out the car is stolen then you have a cast iron defence... trust me i know

A few questions for antisane (who seems to have not responded for a bit):

1. How do you know the lists are legit and not some emails taken from say a yahoo group.

2. How have you got hold of them?

3. What sites did you buy them from?

4. Even if you bought the list legally, are you alowed to re-sell them. By this, I mean I may buy PaintShop Pro, but that does not mean I can make copies and re-sell them.

5. How do we know your gegit?

6. Even if its all 100% legal and you have the rights to sell the list, how do we know the list is worth anything? Ie, what if the list is from members of a gay site? It would be worth nothing if somone bought it from you for a girly site.
