I'm not familiar with them, sorry to say. Are you sure they do adult? They have no set up fee's which is odd to me.

For myself and all the money lost for other processors I'm afraid to not use one of the big 2.

Also, added you to icq to answer any questions you may have from my thread

Cheers

I used Eurobill for a short time as back up - One day, I noticed my sales and rebills had come to a stop - When I contacted them, I was told that I had to have a line of text on my index pages saying euobill were my main billers -
I explained eurobill were simply a backup and that putting that text there would give my many ccbill affiliates the impression I was sending their traffic through eurobill -
The guy wrote back saying that this is his rule and this text must be shown -

I have never been paid the cash outstanding to me -

Quite simply - Don't trust them - The guy is a total amateur who has no understanding of dealing with webmasters.

I was using Eurobill, and all was going well until I received an email on 28th January about new requirements. Like Cardinal Sin I noticed that no new signups were being processed. One of the new requirements was

In accordance with bank specifications, customers are to be explicitly shown who their contact person is in accordance with their contract. For this purpose, a so-called "disclaimer" is to be posted on both the start page and the "signup" page. The wording is precisely specified and must not be altered:

"[YoursiteID] is owned and operated by CyberMaxx"

So not wishing to lose any more signups, I complied for the time being but also started the process gaining a contract with Paycom. When I added the Paycom info to the page footer, I inadvertently removed the Eurobill disclaimer from the home page. Two days later they closed my account. I'm still waiting for the money they are holding.

Hmmm fair enough, there's a few billing companies that insist you add the line that they own your site. I suspect they're aggregating without their banks OK, so I usually steer well clear. Cheers guys :)

I just logged into my (suspended) Eurobill account, and found this piece of news:

Change of contractual relationship
We herewith inform you of the fact that the EuroBill AG Switzerland, is the operator of the EuroBill Payment System and with immediate effect assumes all rights and responsibilities for your Webmaster Contract. CyberMaxx GmbH will remain your contact in all support issues.

New bank partnerships have resulted in modifications to some formalities. We therefore request that you make the following changes before May 24th:

1.) Removal of "Disclaimers" from all of your pages which specify CyberMaxx as your contact partner. This note on your pages is no longer necessary.
2.) Should you desire or need to integrate a "Contact" link on your website, then implement our linkcodes as appropriate.
3.) Please make certain that all links to forms are linked to the domain eurobill.com. References to the cybermaxx.de domain will only function properly for a short period of transition.

Should you have any questions regarding the implementation of the above please contact our support team.

so maybe this is a processor worth keeping an eye on to see what happens.

The letter was signed by Thomas - The original owner (and probably the current owner) -
He lost a lot of business with his stupidity and I assume he his trying to back-track to get the lost business back -
Either way - they stole cash from me and I will not do business with them again.

Thanks Lisa, but we've been with CCBill for the past 6 years, just looking (as always) for back up processors
