From what I've seen of your video Allan, it's not realy sellable. I'm not having a go, just giving you my opinion. I think you need better lighting, direction, and editing. Some of the performances I've seen from your girls have been awful - I know that's sometimes the girl's fault for not being an actress or whatever, but when she's giving a poor performance then it's upto you as director so say "no, that was wrong, here's what I want you to do, do it again".

I've shot some rubbish stuff in my time but I do try to be selective in what I allow to be seen in public. Most of the vids we release tend to be quite heavily edited to remove any duff bits & to try & make the girls look their best.

Also, if you have all these girls wanting to do exclusive stuff, why don't you make a paysite with them yourself? Just offer them a percentage deal with nothing up front. we use all our outtakes on our site.

Has proved extremely popular so I can only recommend doing it. :)

Pics and vids must be unmarked, meaning no urls on them whatsoever. They will never be shown outside a members area and will not be 'distributed' for use by other sites except in the plugin which is simply a database of blooper movies.

Movies need to be at least 320x240, hosted on our server, and 348k bitrate (wmv format) - I can convert many movie types including avi and mpg.

We came up with this because we think it's a pretty fair deal for amateurs and for us. You don't give away all your content, no more than a pic or video set per month, and you get 11 good plugins for your site at no cost. The blooper plugin currently has over 2k movies - about 700 of those being bloopers.

But for any new amateur couple starting up a site with limited capital it's a trade off that's worth thinking about. A 36 minute shoot cut up into 12, 3 min clips and you have free plug-ins for a year.

I agree some surfers want amateur productions but we have research that shows that 85% of the the credit card holding male population, who is after all who we are aiming at, is looking for something better
But its a big enough market to say "hey who gives a shit what we produce" as it all sells anyway we are in a $800 billion a year market and there are porn watchers out there who will watch anything and will carry on watching anything thrown at them
But if you aim at a level say 1-2% above them you will have a bigger market than most to pick from

The excuse for bad production sometimes is to call it "amatuer" you can film amatuer porn well too.
Its a bit like bald blokes wives saying that "bald men are sexier" when thats actually what they are stuck with
