Same here, went to tesco for petrol at 11:30pm, they'd run out. Managed to get some in a shell garage but they are sooo busy even at this time of night.

Bring it on. I love fuel protests. Just wish we could have similar actions over less selfish issues.

Same here, qued for over an hour after picking the kids up, and they said that there was only enough fuel for three cars after me, they were telling people no more fuel !!! And for the record I wasnt panic buying .. i was really calm about it !! ( plus my fuel light was on, so I did need it )
Don't think I'll be running out of fuel this week - after not having been allowed to drive for a week post-op, I've just been out to the car so I could indulge in some retail therapy and the blooming thing won't start - all the pretty lights on the dash board come on when I turn the key, but nothing else happens at all :(
My hubbie has probably taken the engine out or something to stop me shopping LOL

It sounds more like rather than fuel blocks, that the trucks will be driving very very slow on the motorways, to shut them down.
So if anyone is planning on a long trip, check out the motorways first.
I think on Friday they plan to block the M4.
I have a new motor and it's diesel, plus I get it filled up from a very nice man with cherry, for less than half price ;)
