At the moment I use tons of custom filters in Outlook to divert spammage to a spam folder ... but just lately more & more spam is finding my inbox...

I'm looking at paying for something like spamarrest, has anyone here used it? Or anyone got any suggestions for a better product?

If "something longhorne" = Mozilla Thunderbird .. then yes, I did recommend it :P

What im after is a filter/solution to plug into existing email client on my main machine :drink:

I often wonder how the american mortgage company spammers get any sales. Would you put your financial future in the hands of someone who can't spell M0rt{a{e?

Try Mailwasher (http://www.mailwasher.net/). Your email is previewed first in Mailwasher and you have the option of deleting, bouncing it back or blacklisting it before you collect them in Outlook. Been using it for a couple of years nows and couldn't live without it. Its also a good way of deleting virus's before they hit your machine.
