So, A girl is born on (say) August 1st.
18 years later, its August 1st again, and shes now legally 18...
She goes downstairs, gets a happy 18th birthday card and some presents from mum and dad, goes out for a walk, and decides... Hmmm... I'm 18 now... Lets go make a porno...

That afternoon she is filmed doing 'porn'... B/G or Solo with toys etc... Doesn't matter exactly what... She finishes at 6pm, and gets paid, signs her model release, showing two forms of ID both stating that 'today' August 1st, she is '18'...

Person who shot film, eventually sells it, puts it on web, whatever...

Yet... Although she was born on august first, 18 years ago... SHE WASNT BORN UNTIL 11.00PM at night...

So, does the person have:

A) A legitimate product? Girls birthday was correct, all paperwork filled in etc...
Or...
B) A piece of illegal CP because the girl who was filmed, (approx a good 4 or 5 hours before 11.00pm) She had not actually been alive for a full 18 years, and therefore by default logic, was at the time of filming... Technically a minor?

There's no right or wrong answers... Its not a 'real' situation either... But its a shitty raining sat night, and I was just thinking out loud... :)

Damn you and the Weekend Weasel ruling, obviously made famous in the 1976 Smith Vs Traffic case. Oh, them were the days. You could still switchback at Green Park *and* do a Double Dip at Turnham Green (if - of course - it was a Heathrow train).
