This stupid cunt at the VAT office is trying to say I should be paying VAT on affiliate stuff from US?
A while back I was told that advertising sold to USA is not VATable, did this change?
Also on the CCBILL EU stuff we are supossed to cover VAT on the entire sale (if its EU) including the affiliate %, so does this mean affiliate payments from CCBILL EU are not vatable or can they charge it twice?
