according to a news report earlier today, the usual term is 3 days.

good thing the judge isn't some sad wanker getting a hard on over his chance to get back at her/celebs for whatever reason and enjoying his big dick contest with the sheriff now.

instead of his private crusade, he could have made this a perfect media show to draw attention to the real issue. slap her over the wrist by having her pay an enormous amount of money, which can be used for supporting DUI victims, and by making her do commuinty services, let her deal with DUI victims, and not just holding their hands but actually work, wash them, help them if they need it. make her produce at least one special episode of her reality show about it, get into the faces and maybe brains of those watching and adoring her.

use the chance for some campaigning against DUI rather than giving her material for a book and talk shows.
