Ordered a sofa online a couple weeks ago and paid by company debit card like i do everything else. They sent an email back next saying i need to fax over bank statements.
Last night i ordered a few tshirts, trainers and stuff and get this today:
"This order has NOT been processed, and we have refunded the card used in
full. This order is on HOLD and will be put back into stock in 3 days.
We take this action as a regular precaution due to the high amount of online
credit card fraud, and the fact that your card is not 3D Secure Verified."
What is the fucking point of having an online store if they can't accept card payments??
