Bored in my life!!!!!!!!

Only got a week to go now till the baby comes and im so bored (if she comes on time), i cant do much cos im in pain a lot, only things i can do is :chores003: :clothesline: :washingup: :chores010: How do housewifes cope??? I suppose ill be busy when the baby comes but it seems to be taking forever lol. Guess Ill have to get back to :chores011: now

I know my place, if i dont do it nobody else will, well they might but it wont get done properly :(.

I must be bored, ive just walked past Joshuas room and found myself going in, pulling curtains back, making the bed and picking his toys up. On a normal day id wait till he got home and shout 'that rooms a mess go clean it boy!!!' Hell think its his birthday haha

God, I remember what those last few weeks are like, feel like yeeeears (plus mine were all late, between 5 to 12 days!). You should use these last few days to try to put your feet up & be pampered, although I could never manage it either.

Sounds like that nesting instinct is kicking in, so hopefully not long now! :baby:

Tweak those nipples and eat a curry. On time babies are so not posh.

All the celebs go for elective caesarians two or three weeks early, with nice low birth weight smoker style babies. Pussies.

Good luck though :) Want any help with names?

Nesting instinct my arse its cos im bored stupid and theres nothing else to do haha. Im here on my own all day, maybe i should hire a manny to come and help me out ;)

I was 14 days over with Joshua so im expecting the same :(

Yeah my last was a big baby and late, probs due to eating ok and not smoking and drinking like a chav.

Tried everything from eating curries to running up and down the stairs it doesnt work!

Hi Heidi,

I would enjoy this last week or so as much as you can, by the sounds of it you have one other already so you will know how much sleep you are NOT going to have, but one word of warning, the afterpains on your 2nd child are horrendous, as soon as it is born, down the paracetamol, or dose up on the gas & air!!

Bet you can't wait now eh!!!

my boy was an angel and he slept really well, but im used to not sleeping anyway, and i know ill be busy when she comes but id rather be busy than bored!

Lyssa has always been a great sleeper but she's a very light sleeper..


In saying that last nigh she got up at half ten and didnt go to sleep till 4am, she was in our bed and I had to try and lift her through to her room while I was dying with a horrible fever and a migraine. Was so ill last night :(
