China is now building about two power stations every week, the top climate change official at the UK Foreign Office, John Ashton, has said.

He said there was no point blaming China for rising global CO2 emissions.

Rich nations had to set an example of low-carbon development for China to follow, Mr Ashton told the BBC.

His statement came as a new report suggested that China may have already become the world's biggest polluter - much earlier than expected.

Yes you can, but you need to think outside the $29.90 box.

Selling a monthly credit card subscription to a surfer without one in an exsercise in futility. Besides which, even if they did, thirty bucks is a heck of alot of money to these people.

One thing they all practically all have access to however, is a phone or mobile.

Since the payouts on offer are significantly less, simply give them less time.

After all, a monthly subscription equates to about a dollar a day.

So give 'em less time (24 hours or less)

And remember to communicate with them in Chinese ;-)
