What do they actually do for their $34 per month?

79 dollar set up and 34 dollars a month - I'm sure I could provide a similiar service for half this price or less. Basically what they are offering you there is next to useless as far as I can see. Definately not worth the price.
I didn't take a look at the list of optimisation tools that they give you, but I suspect that they are the usual set of tools which are available many places online for free.
The search engine submissions which the do can easily be done by your good self as there are really only a handful of search engines that matter anyway.
Their 1 hour "consultation"... God only knows what this consists of, but I doubt they will give you an advice which is not already freely available to you on any of the major adult webmaster forums.
In short, this package is a rip off and any similiar package would not really be worth purchasing.
What project are you attempting SEO on? That are your medium term targets and budget for this SEO campaign?

http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=navclient&hl=en-GB&ie=UTF-8&rlz=1T4DKUK_en-GBGB213GB213&q=link:http%3a%2f%2fwww%2enetworksolutions%2ecom%2 fweb%2dsite%2dpromotion%2fsearch%2dengine%2dsubmis sion%2ejsp
for starters I cant see how that page is a ranked 7 mate give it has 5 inbounds, though I may be missing something.
You will find lots of hosts will do SE submits for free the you can pay and they will submit you 100 / 200 blah blah.
things like this will nto be helping you either -

You will prob be better taking that $34 pcm and paying for a partner account on a TGP and submiting a couple of galleries a week, you will certainly see a fair greater return on your investment.
I built a site for a granite company, he paid for SEO and for some 'big firm' to sort out his site, he called me a month later as they had basically screwed up the site, the SE placings and all the pagerank was lost.
When I phoned them to ask what they had done they could'nt explain it, from what i could see they effectivly just changed the design.
You cant buy a lot with $34 per month and certainly do not think that these people will send you a ton of traffic, they will prob spam others looking for link trades on your behalf and at best submit your site a 200 SE's each month.
Take a look at your blog link, thats what google is seeing will prob explain a lack of traffic and also page rank / possitioning.

This site's program is a rip off.
First, of all here's the list of the tools they offer:
SEO tools including:
* Link Popularity Tool
* Meta Tag Generator
* Search Results Ranking
* Keyword Suggestion Tool
All or most of these are available for free at seochat.com
And these:
In-depth traffic reports and site analysis
* Page views
* Unique Visitors
* Referrers
* Visitor Detail
* Search Engine Referrals
* Search Engine Keywords
are available from the traffic logs your host probably already saves for you. WebLogExpert is a log analyzer that I believe still has a free version that will help you get all of that information from your logs.
Second, there is no need to submit and re-submit your site to hundreds of search engines every month. Once you're in a search engine, their spiders will continue to visit your site to see what is new. And hundreds of search engines? There are six that matter, and another 20 that will send you dribs and drabs.
I would say that you could save yourself a lot of money by just reading a few tutorials and posts on a SEO forum like highrankings.com
Cheers
Michael
