Paycom Launches European Union Division (http://www.paycomeu.net)

MARINA DEL REY, CA -- Paycom.net, an Internet Payment Service Provider (IPSP) also known as Epoch Systems has expanded its services to the European Union with the launch of PaycomEU.net. (http://www.paycomeu.net)

Founding partners Clay Andrews (President) and Joel Hall (Manager and CTO) are very pleased to bring Paycom's features to webmasters in the EU region and to expand their processing services in other countries.

“The services offered by the EU division of Paycom are nearly identical to those we have provided in the United States since 1996”, says Andrews. “We will continue to focus on our core competencies, maintain our direction and commitment to longevity, and continue with the policies we have in place to help insure that our clients are provided with the tools necessary to maintain and grow their businesses.”

“Paycom EU's technologies are very much the same as the systems for Paycom U.S.” says Hall. “We have built processes and an infrastructure in the U.S. that work extremely well and we continue to move forward with robust and flexible services. We are very pleased to be expanding our business to new areas”.

Paycom EU provides billing solutions for clients in the European Union by processing online transactions for customers across the globe. Internet businesses using Paycom EU may accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover/Novus, ePassporte, JCB, Switch, Solo, and U.S. checks.

Paycom quietly revealed its intentions to expand into the EU market a few months ago. The launch of their services abroad signals their strong commitment to provide competitive billing solutions in expanding markets.

Sounds great Rand. Any chance of anyone getting in touch with me about an account.

Had someone get back to me saying they have put a rep on it, who will be getting in touch with me, that was well over a month ago :)

Where are you guys actually based? Where's the company registered?

(I'm just wondering if we would have to pay VAT on sales processed by you.)

Paycom EU LTD is established in Europe.

As far as the VAT is concerned, you'll need to speak to your accountant about that.

You, are not selling anything - The processor does the selling and the contract is with the processor and the end customer. The processor then, in effect, gives you X% back in return for letting their customer use your secured members area.
Any vat on the sale will be down to the processor.

Sure, but then I have a new customer - Paycom. If they are in the EU, I would have to pay VAT on income earned from them.

Fortunately, I've found out they are not actually in the EU. They're just called Paycom EU. :)

Paycom are great to work with ... They set me up as one of their beta testers pdq. The other week when SGD was hacked and I had to move hosts.. They re-set the password files in minutes...

Everyone I've spoken to and have worked with so far couldnpt have been more helpful.. Even though Epassporte and Paycom are now separate companies they worked well together to get my Epassporte account set up, when we had major tech problems..

Good luck PaycomEU now you're fully launched.. And a special thanks to Isobel for putting up with me... LOL
