Two web guys were being tried for murder.

One was a photographer and the other was the video guy. ( The video guy always carried a dic-ta-phone)

The jury found one man guilty and the other innocent.

The judge turned to the guilty man and said, "Even thought your guilt has been established, the law compels me to set you free."

How could such a bizarre judgement occur??

this cannot be solved, as there was a #22 (http://www.beerandbollocks.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1010) already, therefor this puzzle does not exist.

gotcha!
