For anyone shooting their own content in the North West who may want something a little different.
I own a Sybian orgasm machine which my girlfriend uses in pics and video on one of our sites but for most of the time it sits in a wardrobe not being used.
If any web model/ photographer wishes to use it for a shoot I would be willing to deliver it to you in return for use of the pics/video (must have all relevant paperwork too) but otherwise free of charge.
A little about the machine for those who do not already know:
It comes with nine different attachments, has dual controls for rotation and vibration, runs off mains and reaches a frightening 6,500 rpm! On full power can be VERY noisy though. If you want to see it in action here's a small clip:
