Well I'd have to say webair or candid both are not the cheapest but pretty reliable.

serverprovider.com

Been with them a couple of years and we're really impressed. I'm not easy to impress either :)

We have boxes just everywhere and the only 2 places I would ever even consider recommending would be NationalNet and ISPrime. They are not just the best, they are the best by a million miles.

I wouldn’t recommend Candid to anyone unless you wanted to inflict an absolute shit-storm of a horror story onto them.

I did like the look of them and the price it reasonable as well.

I might give them a go, I'm getting dizzy looking now.

You will not be disappointed - They are working within one of the main US set ups and really do give a personal service - They will also give nice deals on heavy bandwidth boxes - I have a couple of 100mpts servers with dedicated lines with them and the guys really go out of their way to please.

Bigger boxes always means better deals - If you are looking for something a little smaller, give Cory a shout at simplecom.net - Again, much the same quality service. I have about 5 boxes with them and never had a problem in the several years I have been with them - But - They are very expensive

Many server providers have been mentioned and right, heady going through them all - I like Mike at Webair - Almost took some stuff with him but for one reason or another, decided not to - Nothing at all against his biz - Just one of those things -
Sly (phatservers) also good stuff.

Avoid:
Candidhosting - xxxwebhosting - I can give you horror stories with both.

At the end of the day, all providers are good till something fucks up - It is how they handle that and the customer afterwards - serverprovider and simplecom are very good at fixing problems quickly and dealing with customers over those problems without giving bullshit - That is what counts most, to me - Not price or promise.
