Anyone still waiting for their cheque dated 18/2 ?
I've received 25/2 but still waiting for 18.
I contacted CCBill and they say it's been sent out but if it's been lost in the mail it'll cost me $20 for them to reissue the payment. Which is a bit shit. :(

Pain in the ass. Its only a cheque for $40 so it won't be worth it after I pay the $20.

I was thinking about switching to "Wire" payment soon.

Can anyone tell me please is it $30 each wire ?

Do C.C. send some sort of statement after the wire or does the money simply appear in your account & thats it ? (With cheques I get a sort of advisory slip with the cheque attached to it, a handy record)

Thanks.

$30 per wire, goes in Tuesdays for me. No statement from ccbill except for of course the statement online which you get a copy of with your cheque, so it's a matter of printing it out.

Just in case you don't know where it is, it's under 'Check Amounts' at the top, select the issue date (keeping the same date in both drop-down boxes), then when it loads hit 'Affiliate' in the left, then once that loads, 'View Statement' on the right.

No worries. Once you switch to wire you'll wish you'd done it years ago :)

Hmm, still thinking it through, we get our cams money via wire at the moment & get charged $20 for this, then of course on top of that there is our own bank charges.

The thought of dropping $30 with CC Bill as well is not an easy one to stomach, yes I know it's quicker & more secure but all these bloody charges do eat away at the bottom line.

if the $30 are an issue, put up the min payout.

cashing a cheque causes costs, work out how many cheques you could cash for the 30 bucks plus your bank's charges for the wire and set the min payout so it would be the same amount you'd get by the number of cheques.

We recently did raise the minimum payout for our cheque values.

Any future increase in minimum value has to be weighed up against the need to get the money in & therefore use for other areas such as advertising & general working capital etc & also the risk factor of say CC Bill going tits up prior to a payment due to us & taking our money with it (Pretty unlikely I know but stranger shit has happend)
