Rabbits Reviews - Webmaster
Rabbits Reviews is probably one of the best known review sites on the net. If you have a pay site, then you will almost certainly have it reviewed by Rabbits reviews. The owner Manta is Canadian, but a lot of UK webmasters met him when he came to the last Beer & Bollocks lunch. He has built maybe the most successful review sites on the net. Getting a decent listing is a must for a pay site owner.

I manage the office, I define the requirements for all new projects and find people to fulfill the tasks.
How did you get in the business?
In Dec 2002, while amassing my personal porn collection I saw a link to an affiliate program. Once I got my first check, I knew this was it!

If you had one bit of advice to give to newbies starting out what would it be?
Go to as many shows as you can in the beginning. People are more likely to deal with somebody they’ve met personally. This will help you build profitable relationships early on.
Does your work affect your relationships?
It did during the first 2 years. I was working from home, doing 12 hour days, 7 days a week. Only when I opened my office that I was able to separate my personal and business lives. It did wonders to my personal health, relationship and friendships.

What adult internet shows do you attend? Favorites? Least favorites?
I cut down on shows. I went to many and it seems like I keep seeing the same people most of the time. The return on investment has gradually diminished. I still recommend doing most shows for somebody that’s just starting up. Favorites: Phoenix Forum, Internext Florida. Least favorites: Internext Vegas.
Do you have an exit strategy or will you go on indefinitely?
Right now porn projects are the most profitable for my company. Once I have a solid foundation, I will use the revenue generated to diversify into more traditional business.
What do you think will be the next big thing in the on line adult industry?
Online adult has been at the forefront of innovation, but there are some technologies that have yet to make their presence significant. I’m thinking of Web 2.0 and AJAX.
What was the first site you ever built or the first affiliate program you ever promoted?
http://www.central-station.biz was my first site. Still haven’t had time to redesign, it looks horrid lol. I believe my choice of domain names has gotten a little better over time as well! My first program I joined was clickmemedia.com. My girlfriend kept telling me I was wasting my time until I got my first check. That shut her up!
Why did you choose to promote porno over any other product?
I was an avid porn collector before starting the business. It seemed a fun thing to do at the time, until I saw the potential to make loads of cash. As much as I still enjoy this, I would never keep on doing it I didn’t think it to be my ticket to riches lol.
